By accessing or using FLOCRED's website, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms — continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India (for most services), provide accurate information, and not be under any legal disability that prevents entering into contracts.
Loan eligibility assessment, credit bureau score checks via authorised partners, loan product comparison across 50+ banks and NBFCs, lead submission and referral to partner lenders, EMI calculator, and CIBIL Boost advisory. FLOCRED does not disburse loans or make credit decisions.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Eligibility assessments are indicative estimates — they do not constitute a loan guarantee. Actual loan offers from partner banks may differ.
Basic eligibility checks are free. Subscription plans (₹299/₹1,299/₹4,999 per month) are available for enhanced services. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment is processed through ICICI Eazypay — FLOCRED does not store card details.
FLOCRED is not liable for loan rejection by partner banks, accuracy of eligibility estimates, actions of partner financial institutions, loss of data or revenue, or third-party content linked from our platform.
FLOCRED never asks for upfront payments, OTPs, or bank passwords via phone or SMS. Any such communication is fraudulent — report it to support@flocred.com or +91-9319369315.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
