These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website flocred.com, the FLOCRED mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by FLOCRED Private Limited (CIN: U67100DL2022PTC400764), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in Delhi, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
FLOCRED is a technology-driven financial services aggregation platform. We act as a facilitator and intermediary between users seeking financial products (loans, insurance, credit cards, etc.) and our partner banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and insurance providers ("Lending Partners"). All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the FLOCRED brand name — is the property of FLOCRED Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. The names "FLOCRED", "Holiday In EMI", "EquityShield", and associated logos are trademarks of FLOCRED Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services, including those of our Lending Partners. FLOCRED is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FLOCRED makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FLOCRED in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLOCRED Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
FLOCRED reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
FLOCRED may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delhi in English by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and FLOCRED regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
